Cozy Cove Marina has been owned and operated by the Tavares family, Mary and Joe since 1972. Cozy Cove is currently owned by their daughter Linda. The Tavares' pride themselves on the success of the business and attribute that to a close family atmosphere combined with friendly, honest service. The tradition lives on, consistently providing personalized service for all the boaters. A large percentage of the clientele are repeated customers. Many of those customers have been marina members over 25 years.

Cozy Cove Marina, locate in Island Heights, has direct access to the eastern end of Toms River, and is just minutes away from the inter coastal waterway. The entire marina is set within Holy Lake, which is protected enclave emptying into the Toms River. The Historic Island Heights bluffs offer tremendous shelter from the Nor Easters, which occasionally visit the eastern seaboard.

Cozy Cove is a full service marina. Some services that are offered are a 15 ton open-ended travel lift for haul vessels up to 38 feet and a folk-lift for hauling smaller boats. The marina offers both wet and dry storage. Engine repair, boat detailing and shrink-wrap services are available. New docks and bulkheads (vinyl) add beauty to this precious cove in paradise.

The marina has a generous blend of both power and sail vessels. The majority of customers are able to park behind their boats. A marina store is on site for many of your boating needs. Bait, ice, marine supplies and premium fuel are just a few of the items available. Immaculate mens and ladies facilities equipped with showers are waiting for you upon your return from a day of swimming in the Toms River or just abit south in Tices shoals in Toms River.

Cozy Cove Marina is also very proud to house the Cozy Cove Yacht Club. The Yacht Club boasts a consistent membership and gas been well established for more than 30 years. After a wonderful day of sailing or boating, consider having a barbecue at either of the two-shaded picnic areas where one can relax and enjoy the gentle summer breeze.
